My pieces are not loading on the board meaning I am losing many of my matches on time simply because I cannot play! Can anyone help me?

I have a netGear router using karoo internet explorer - Don't know whether this helps?

Try a better browser, download FireFox. The site works fine with it.

try hitting control+R on your keyboard to reload all images. if that doesn't work, put yourself on vacation until we get it sorted out ;)
