The little chess boards that come up when I scroll over the game name in "online chess" are cool, but the page does not cache the little chessmen.  Everytime the page reloads, it re-downloads all the little images.  It has really slowed the page down and I imagine that it is not doing you any favors as far as bandwidth is concerned.

how do you know they are not cacheing? are you using firebug or something?

Becuase each time the page loads, it redownloads all of the little chessmen.  At the bottom of the screen, it say downloading br.png, bk.png, etc...

hrmm. it doesn't do that for me. do you have some browser settings that might affect this?

No dial up, don't know what the connection is, but it's fast.  Could be browser settings I suppose.  What settings would make it do that though?

unsure. it isn't cacheing the images. and it shoudl be. no ad-blockers or anything?
