Is there any way to add one to the end of your posts like on other site's forms? I'm pretty sure there is not, but I'm curious all the same.

I received an e-mail today from a saleswoman who works for one of our suppliers. She added her cursive signature to the end of the e-mail which she had never done before - nor anyone else I deal with. I thought it was odd and kind of funny. Also an odd coincidence that this topic came up today!

Edit:  I don't mean signing your name.  I mean those quotes or outrageous outbursts at the end of EVERY SINGLE POST for an individual.

Dunno, maybe I should take it up.....

I don't know what you guys are talking about.  I see my signature every time I write it on my screen.

Now you've lost me. Signatures are usually written in ink on paper. Stuff on the screen is usually typed - and doesn't include signatures - an exception being for delivered FedEx packages.

I'm not too fond of forums where such signatures are allowed. You get tired of seeing the same old joke every time someone posts...

With that said, there should allways be an option to disable signatures for those that have no interest in my brilliantly funny signatures.

I kind of like the one:  watch your backrank.  Just wish I'd remember to watch the damned thing!

Signatures here = bad idea. Who needs the repetition of  twee quotes or jokes in every user post. I guess though if someone like signatures so much they can always add them in.
