Knowing very little about computers how do I go about posting a picture in my "member site"

 Any help would be apprecitated.  

From you main page, select "Edit your Profile"

Thank you Creg and erick for the information.  I went to the edit my profile page, I clicked on the browse tab and the picture I want to post appears.  But I don't know how to proceed from there.

Well, it depends where your picture file is located. You must find the folder that it is in and then import that file.

Thanks MattHelfst for trying to help.  I know the file where the picture is located but don't know how to import the file.  I went to a couple of different sites about importing pictures but have been going around in circles .

Thanks for trying.  I'm going to keep at it.  If all else fails I will kidnap a 2nd grader and have it solved in no time.
