When I paid for premium, I was expecting there to be multiple live chess games at the same time. However, when I press the button for another game when one has already started, it does not work. Why is this?
you need to enable it in settings
How do you do that? Please help :D
In live chess you need to be in Full Board version to play multiple games. You'll see the option when entering live chess to use Simple or Full board.
In the top right corner there is a link for 'Settings', click on that and a box opens. Click on the sub tab marked 'Play'.
Check the box marked 'Play multiple games at a time' then click the large orange 'save settings' button.
Thank you very much :D
