when my playing game site i loading ,the chess board and other other details appear ,but the playing objects couldn't appear.....i use FIRE FOX 3.0.5....can some chess.com staff member help me to solve this before i loose my games?HELP ME?
Happens to me every now and then just log back in and it usually fixes itself.
clear your cache and try again.
when i try to play live on line chess the board takes a while to come up and i get half a board or once the borad appears there is no response to a move that is made.
pcarrjr, which web browser are you using with the Live Chess? We recommend that you use the Mozilla Firefox web browser with the Live Chess here as the Internet Explorer web browser has been known to be problematic with the Live Chess.
