Today i received a msg from chess.com that my email id is getting bounced /regarded as spam  & so now onward they won't be sending me any emails!Since i log in regularly,even if these alerts are not sent,that doesn't make a big difference.But i am curious to know,that since last 2 yrs,i am regularly getting emails from chess.com.

1.Then what happened suddenly to unable them to use them the same email address?

2.Has anybody else come across a similar problem?

Some chess.com mails are automatically treated as spam by certain servers. Check ur spam and click on "This is not spam" My mail used to go spam initially

amrita1, I have now removed your email address from the "Do Not Email" list on Chess.com. This should be the solution. However, as the member above me said you should make sure that you add @chess.com as an approved sender in your email service.
