Resolved: Problem upgrading my account

    i'd like to purchase a Diamond Account Upgrade, using PayPal as payment method.

    If I choose the corresponding options, I am redirected to paypal, asking me to log in to my paypal account. As soon as I do, it tells me that the request can't be processed and that I should go back to and select another option.

    What can I do about that?




    Edit: It doesn't work for other account options (gold, platinum, monthly payment) as well.

    Have you tried more that one browser?

    Also, I'd use the Help and SUpport link at the bottom of the page and contact staff. They are helpful.
