I cannnot see the pieces on the boards of my games, now can I even see what I am typing now. Just the cursor moving. I had this problem before, and Erik told me to clear the tem files, and it worked. This time, no such luck. Can somebody help? Thank you.

Yeah, but what about this?  When I go to the bottom of the page to report a problem, and am asked to enter a code, I can NEVER see that code, even when I do not have this problem.  So I can never go through regular channels.  Those who wish to give me a hard time for going this forum route, please bear this in mind.  Thank you.

Try pressing Ctrl+R whenever this problem occurs. It usually works for me.

If CTRL + R does not work, try deleting all of the temporary internet files that are stored by your browser. If you are still having problems, Contact support.

The problem has been fixed, for now, anyway, but the secondary problem remains -- I cannot contact support, because I can never see the code that I would need to type in.  This problem has always been here.

Thank you Dina, I did try that.  Sometimes the computer just does not want to cooperate.  Oh well.

I've had all the problems you have mentioned. Never tried ctrl-R but got rid of microsoft internet explorer and downloaded the latest version of mozilla firefox. Now all the codes show up, my pieces are on the board, my download speeds are faster, and it has never crashed ever.
