I recently asked for my first computer analysis. Chess.com quickly notified me that the results were in, but when i went to the page all i could find were the number of inaccuracies, mistakes and blunders i had made. Pieces never appeared on the board, and nothing happened when i pushed any of the forward or backward arrows.

Surely there´s more to the analysis than this... What am i missing?

It has to be your computer i did mine and it worked.

I had made the same topic a while ago, as I had exact the same problem. in the end I contacted support but I hadn't received their response yet.

you may just have to press Control + R to refresh the cache on your computer. It seems to fix many problems on this site. I haven't had that problem though.
