For almost 2 weeks meebo has not been working for me.

I can see the wheel cog, the g+1 icon but the friends list icon/tab is gone. Nothing to click there to bring up the list of friends online in meebo.

But I can still hear alerts. I can't see the alerts though, no tab pops up if someone buzzes me there. But am told they can see me there.

Has anyone else had the same problem in the past and if yes, how did you fix it?  

I've tried clearing my cache but that didn't rectify the problem. :(

No problem here Babs. Next to the right os the g+1 I see my own avatar and when I click that, I see my list of friends.

I know most won't be having the problem Henk.. trying to find someone who has had the same problem and worked out a way to fix it.

Mine is working but I cant hear alerts for it anymore, It used to make a sound whwn someone chatted not anymore

browser Safari 4.1.3

Only browser version I could find compatible with 10.4.1. But  a few days ago someone in feedback group advised me of a Camino version that is also compatible. I have downloaded it to have as a backup browser in case I ever need it, if this Safari version packs up. I haven't used the Camino browser yet and the meebo problem started almost 2 weeks ago now. I didn't have any issues with meebo until then.  So not sure why suddenly it decided to not work. 

If you hide Meebo, you don't have that problem chess2Knights.

meebo got acquired by google in jan this yr, and as a result no more meebo in this site :(
