The program not recognized rules say:

Three repetition same position is draw

50 move without pawn movie or captured pieze is draw

I think this problem is very important

I don't know about the 50 move rule, but at least drawing by repetition was working fine two days ago. You do know you have to claim the draw in such cases by clicking on "draw"?

50 (100 ply) move rule is also a valid means of a draw as is 3 fold repitition,

however these do need to be claimed by the "Draw" button
