I keep getting this error message every time I try to accept an open seek,

My acutal move speed average is between 2 and 3 hours. Is this really too slow?

As far as I can see when I make an open seek, anything under three hours is considered the fastest possible, so is this a bug, or am I missing something?

I think everyone must be having the same problem, none of the open seeks are disappearing, I'm sure it'll be fixed soon enough.

LOL. I've apparently have joined the turtle and tortise club also.  Received the same response trying to accept 3 different games.

Has to be a glitch.  But, then patience is at the center of most games here I guess.  Hopefully, it will be a straight foreward fix and sooner rather than later.

Me too also- have just had seek refused though opponent's time shows 7hrs 11 mins while mine shows 1 hr 5 mins - not bad for a tortoise ! In same hour my direct challenge to play has been accepted by system !

Yeah, this appears to be a system-wide issue, we're working on it!

I am getting this error too on every seek I try to accept. I would think that 30min 2 sec after 818 games should be quite acceptable.Yell

Hey guys, I found a workaround for this, while we wait on them to fix it. Just go into advanced options when you are sending the challenge, and instead of "all players" set the average move time to <12 hours. It seems to work.

I was having the same problem -- but it seems to be fixed now...  Smile  I just accepted a challenge that I wasn't able to accept earlier.
