Well Nicole.. I think it could be that we have many different ratings depending on how long the game is .. 1,2,5,10,30 minute games all have different ratings is it possible that you misread which rating you won and lost on?

I didn't know there were different ratings for the various game lengths. I will look into this. Thanks!

I'm really sorry about this. We have now located the issue and fixed it, so after your next bullet, blitz and/or standard game the ratings will show correctly for you.

1|0 and 2|5 and similar are Bullet
5|0-10|0 similar are Blitz
And 15|10, 30|0, and higher and similar are Standard.

Under 5|0= Bullet
Under 10|0 but more than 5|0= Blitz
Over 10|0 (15|10, 30|0, etc.)= Standard
