The reason why I deleted my account Beatrijs was because I was in live tournaments characterized as "undefined". But now I perceive that under my handle Beatrijs1 the same is the case.

If it shows 'undefined' are you able to get a screenshot of that? Its an issue we need to fix our end, its not something account related.
Your account doesn't look as if it has been closed. Are you sure it was closed and not just the site restarting?
