Pieces willl not stay where to where thye are moved. This is a repeat because the problem went away but now it is back. I have replaced all batteries, cleaned everything all  to no avail.  I find that problem is peculiar to the tournament games and repeats in every game. Any help will be appreciated as I now have about 25 games hanging.

Playing wth Windows 7. Have already completed 50 or more games with no problems

What browser are you using? Is it up to date? If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer click Help>About Internet Explorer to update. If it is a newer version that does not have the main menu bars (file, edit, etc.) at the top, click on the gear in the top right hand corner of the screen and select "About Internet Explorer" in the drop down menu.
