Repeated Positions DO NOT DRAW

Just finished a long, live game that should have been an easy draw due to positional repeat (since we were jostling for opposition, but I digress...) I offered a draw, but it was not accepted. So me and opponent repeat identical position like 8-9 times (for good measure) and to my horror, (I was slightly lower on time), nothing happens. I even tried repeating two different positions, to no avail.

Please fix this problem or notify players of the 'alternate' rules.

NonZeroSum, the drawn by repetition rule is not an automatic occurence. Once a position has been reapeated the third time, the draw must be claimed. To do this currently, all you have to do is click the OFFER DRAW button when the third repetition has occured.

That makes sense. I clicked the button before the repeats, when I 'saw' that the draw was inevitable.

    Thanks for the prompt response.
