You can use the 'Report Abuse' or the 'Games' section, as long as the ticket does arrive with the support team, thats the main thing.

If you have problems sending in a ticket, you can email them direct to me

kohai@chess.com

and I'll handle it for you :)

It's bullsjit! If Chess.com was serious about catching cheaters, they would simply make a user, and play! They will get cheated, and then they just have to ban the player that cheated them.

Chess.coms cheater reporting tool doesn't submit the form you fill out, so, here's my attempt at notifying them.

Hi. I have observed many players cheating. When I get them in Checkmate, they are somehow stopping the game where my time is running out while I can not move. And the. The game ends with them winning.

On my screen, and in order, this is what I see:

1. I have 6 minutes to play left in the match

2. I checkmate my opponent.

3. The clock runs against my opponent for a few minutes.

4. At around 1:30 left to play, the clock changes to my side, where the game only has than much more time to play

5. At this point I still see that I have checkmated my opponent.

6. After the time runs out, it says that my opponent wins.

7. After the time runs out, the board changes to the move before checkmate.

This indicates someone is using "man in the middle" hacking technique. That's where they are controlling and can see my move on their screen, and that they control whether my next move is entered into the game or not.

If they get checkmated, they simply do not enter the checkmate move into the game, they wait for time to run out, then show me the screen that I lost.

This is a security issue. It means too that anyone using your service is gulnerae to those hacker players. Everyone's phone numbers, private data, credit cards, and even keychains are at risk. Either you fix this issue are I am going public with this information to all of the tech sights, including Apple Co., to whome, I will suggest to remove your app from its servers, which will prevent your app from being downloaded from Apple's App Store.

This will be the only warning you get. You have one week to comply. And I am being nice by giving you the chance to fix this. And by the way, your send button doesn't work, so you're not getting your complaints, which is probably by design, so, I will fill in the captcha again, wait a week and notify everyone who carries your app.

@Kohai@Chess.com

If you like your company as much as I like playing, you'll advise them that actively searching for, and banning GUIs is what is necessary here. You may also want to convey that your company has a moral obligation to the public at large to safe guard their data once you've been made aware of the issue.

And from the pictures I've taken of your forums, Chess.com has known about this issue for years, and has so far opted in their own favor against public interest. That is, Chess.com has sought to increase the their app functionality to increase their bottom line numbers (money and downloads) while knowingly sacrificing public security.

I will revolt this message, along with my original message to your email address. And in case your curious, I have video and still pictures of the cheaters that I have encountered, and every day that I've played over the last week has found me a new cheater with in the first hour. That's a lots of cheaters.

Oh TELL me about it. I am exasperated sometimes myself.Chit chit chit...ers           Like o face them in the flesht

L have THE SOLUTION. Simply there needs to be a BOX we can tick if we suspect sabotage or cheating. Then the score remains the same . No gain for cheaters .  What do u think chess.com ? YES indeed its hard to report suspects. Could be easier. They must hate losing to opponents, Psychologically they feel threatened and " protect " themselves. ILLUSIONS.

@jgarma;    I'm with ya buddy 100%  Who do those bastards at chess.com think they are. They've known about corruption, graph, politics, cheating, for years now, and they refuse to do anything about it. If you need any back up, I'm with you. I know people at the Pentagon. I've got nuclear launch codes from Minot Air Force Base, and if I have to stop this bus, I'll NUKE Erik's servers. Promoting cheating, INDEED. They've got some nerve, thinking were just gonna sit and take this kind of immoral behavior, while others get rich, at our expense. I've got my finger on the button right now, but I have to go to the bathroom. When I come back, I expect this nightmare cleaned up. LOOSE LIPS SINKS SHIPS BUDDY. You've got till midnight zulu time

Joe21

yes how do i report gillbod as cheater?

I played two players from Canada,  Both cheaters, with JD Summer I had good

Position but resign without hitting buttom. I was winning against Bagira35 big time, while moving my

rook it made a left turn and landed on the only sguare that I could loose it. CHESS SHOULD BE FUN

NOT FRUSTRATING.

Lot's of people here giving support.

To those of you that are saying that people call others cheaters are obviously not the honest type, or you haven't been playing on Chess.com for a very long time.

For those that cheaters, it's disgraceful.  It's not to your ability or even your Master Rating that you cheat.

Someone wanted me to post the game where someone cheated on me.  Well, I told them I was going to report them, and then I simply didn't come here to admonish them.  I waited for months for one of them to get scared enough to post it on my forum.

I can happily report to you that here's a game where I was locked out of being able to finish it.  You can see where I've set up to put my rook in front of my queen, and where he hasn't an opening for King side castling-out with an escape route, while I've already destroyed his ability to defend a Queen side castling-out.

My knights are poised to attack the undefended pawn in the middle, and be locked together on primest real-estate the board has to offer.

His queen was marginalized by a pawn sacrifice.

With all that going for me, and nothing going for him, TELL ME WHY I WOULD RESIGN?!!

There is NO REASON FOR ME TO RESIGN.  I win that game, if I was allowed to continue.

Yes, I see your point. Chess.com have a moral duty to police what happens on other chess sites, regardless of whether they have any connection with them or not ... Laughing
