I've tried everything ..still won't work...sent a error report..they have responded but no answer yet as far as a solution

My problem is simply my curser seems to have a dose of superglue attached to it. As soon as it touches a piece on the board, that piece is stuck to it and nothing but nothing will shake it off. Hence unable to play chess.....grrr. where should I go to cure (done the reccomended ) this problem???
