My first login never takes.  Rather than login in right the first time now - I just type in garbage and the second time the login works.

I randomly lost posts - I type them in and hit submit and then wind up where I left off prior to the post -

All was fine pre-upgrade and my pc is the same old beast it always has been -

anyone else seeing anomalies since the UG?

Do you get 5 points for a forum post here?  If so that stopped working too - I just got one.

I guess I can reboot three times and see if that gets it.  Am I incompatibel with a new setting or something?

ok - posts are a point so that one is solved -

I seem to have them take but I don't get that "your input has been submitted" thing.

An just noticed a change in symptom - this time when I logged in wrong on purpose I got an error.  It used to just shoot me back to the login screen.

Thanks for the quick follow up Erik - I'll keep a close eye on behavior.

I am with logging in--I got the error, too....and I got a popup ad from Sprint covering half my screen here in the forums.  I tried to find the source/more info, but poof.

Will let you know of more info if these carnival tricks keep happening, should you want it....

I just had the forum thing happen again - edited an entry then hit submit - screen cleared took me back to the top and I noticed an add saying IMPROVE YOUR something or other in RED letters.  Went down to my edit and it was still in the edit mode without the changes I made.  Tried again, no joy.  Took on the third try - Each time I had to retype the content I wanted to change.

Perhaps it is the AD server pre-empting our typing?  I am moving this to the buffer in case I lose it - did not lose took on the first try

When I try to login sometimes I get a pop-up asking me to download a file named index.php ... That isn't normal, right?

the update just bring more advertising to go premium. And chess for your mobile along with some other new chess training programs. But mainly advertising for premium chess.

That's what I got.  Didn't download it, went to the forums, and I discovered I was logged in.

As of a few hours ago on all diagrams in posts, online games and live games the black queen is invisible; even though it can still be used.

Also the forums seem to be a bit glitchy with posts.

I haven't had any problems personally. Firefox FTW.

Instead of lookin into it, just recommend Firefox to all! ;)

About ads, I don't see them (ok, you might say this is not a problem, but I think the staff need to know) In the square where the ad should be, I get the message "Internet Explorer cannot display this page" or something like that. And when the ad is displayed, I get a message saying "A script is slowing down Internet. Do you want to stop the script? (y/n)"

I have had a lot of problems with the submit move button...sometimes taking 4 or 5 times before the move actually takes...

don't know if this has been mentioned before or not, but just thought I'd let someone know...
