I posted the following paragraph recently, checking it first with the spell checker:

First, your observation is interesting and matches my anecdotal observations regarding typical amateur chess player foibles: we tend to miss real threats more often (or to a greater impact) than we overestimate them.

The auto-spelling indicator suggest by the squiggly red lin under the letters that there's a problem as shown below:

First, your observation is interesting aND matches my anecdotal observations regarding typical amateur chess player foibles: we teND to miss real threats more often (or to a greater impact) than we overestimate them.

... where I have now highlighted the ND to show what the spell checker wants to offer an alternative for.

Seems odd, yes?

Weird. Maybe a glitch in your browser? (Temporary, I hope)

The blog-spell-checker's dictionery is corrupt - please report to chess.com staff.
