Is there any possible way that we can start a tournament we don't direct? For example, I recently registered for Chess Engine Tournament, but when looking at the tounament director's profile, I realize he hasn't logged on since the day he joined. As it does not appear that he will return any time soon, nor does it appear that more players will join, I and the other registrants are wondering if there's any way we can start this present tournament or if we have to create an entire new one. Thanks for the help.

Thought I would emphasize the problem.
I had also thought the all american tournament would have been cancelled but the staff started it instead.
