My Problem is back again once my Rating falls to below 1500 .. :(
( only a few higher rated ones in the beginning of each session followed by all 800-950 ones ,no matter how many more I do )
May I know if this Problem is still getting fixed or is it supposed to be like this ?

We're still working on it. :( We had a fix in place for a while, but it wouldn't have worked out long-term. But we *are* working on it!
About 1random's high TT rating. I know him personally... and he's not that strong. Chess.com needs to fix this glitch:
When 1random gets a hard problem that he doesn't know, he refreshes the page until he gets an easy, overrated one, or one he's seen before.
Does nobody care?
The thing is happening to me also. I always get 1600 rated problems when my rating is 1800-1900. Very annoying.

Im a beginner and looking at the Rules and Basic section of the Learn programme. I dont understand how the numbering works. Move 1 e4 d5 what does this mean.
E4-d5 is just a move. if you look closely at the board you will see that it is set up like a grid a through f on the bottom row and 1 through 8 on the side . I am new also so I just found out hopefully this is helpful
The thing is disturbing since Tactics Trainer is one of the main reasons I have chosen Platinum membership instead of having just a free account.

I'm hoping they fix it soon too, it along with the videos are why I pay. I've taken up Go and doing Go puzzles instead

Sorry about this, guys. We think we have a great solution to the issue. We'll be testing and (I hope) implementing the fix some time this week.
I could not take 1600 rated problems any more and went to my old tactics site. There you can have standard ( without timer ) and blitz ( with timer ) rating. The interesting thing is that after practicing with chess.com my standard rating deterioriated and my blitz improved at that site. May be chess.com should consider to implement two training modes and ratings ( standard and blitz ) because they are just not the same thing but both have their merits.
I agree 100% with watcha and have been suggesting that here and there for some time. There are lots of good problems out there that need a lot of thought, but the time allowed is very short because a lot of people make their moves quickly and if they happen to be right they bring the average time down for the rest of us. This is not a criticism of those people, because they are probably blitz players, but it ruins it a bit for those of us who like to think the thing through to the end. When we are sure we have it right we make our move and lose points! Do we deserve that for being slow, or are we just being thorough?

It is reflected in my rating too:
I'm still getting lots of 750-1000 Rated Problems when my Rating is about 1200 -1300 plus .. The More I do,the more of these Very Low/Way Lower Rated Problems I get .
( Sometimes,it's not even that we make mistake with the Low Rated Problems,we may move the Piece to a Wrong Square n' not the Intended One/Mouse Slip ,and then we lose 40-50 points and go back to Square 1 .. it has happened to me many times )
I agree with benkku52 that to be fair,we should get roughly even number of Higher,Lower and Same ( Around our Rating ,ie ) Rated Problems when compared to our Current Rating.( If the Purpose of TT is for Competition amongst Members ie )
.. or juz Only around our Current Rating ,like maybe 100-150 points above and below it,at any time.
( but I dunno if this can be done,since you can't tell how many Problems we would like to do for each Session since if we are Premium Members,we can do as many as we like )
Or maybe make Tactics Trainer similar to Chess Mentor,where we can choose the Rating Range of our Problems ,if the Purpose of TT is mainly for Educational Purpose ie .
( Although,in all Cases,not all the Ratings of the Problems are absolutely Accurate as they are currently the Outcome of How Well the People who attempted them,perform .. eg,there are 1900 plus Problems which are Mate-in-1 or Hanging Piece Problems and some More Complex Problems can be rated quite low too.)

Up till now Tactics Trainer problem difficulty was predictably wrong. This means that it either worked properly or stuck in a mode of giving problems fixed around 1600 independent of my rating.
But look at this sequence:
Among 1600 rated problems suddenly two 2040 problems pop up just to go back to constant 1600 mode afterwards. What sort of evil randomness is this?
If I'm rated 1850 why am I doomed to solving 1600 problems all the time?
TODAY I GOT 3 TACTICS RATED 1000 SO I GOT JUST 3 POINTS, NORMALY I GOT TACTICS OF 2000-3000 RATED. WHAT IS CHANGED? PLEASE HELP US, WE WANT ANSWERS!
