I would like to play through all the chess Olympiad games that were played this year, but I am not sure where to find them. Can anyone tell me? I am not looking for mere collections of some of the games such as on chessgames.com, but the entire set of recorded games. PLEASE HELP ME!

Try "The Week In Chess", there is a pgn downloadable file for each round and an "all" database. Its at http://www.chesscenter.com/twic/twic.html

I would probably wait a week or so for Mark Crowther (TWIC editor) to make sure the gamescores are valid. There have been some issues with the pgn files at the olympiad website. I know it was causing him headaches early on.

On the website, Crowther states only round 10 is now somewhat suspect. But for the most part, I agree, wait a few days.
