Hi,
I'm trying to send a suggestion through the support center "contact us" form; I wrote my suggestion, filled all the fields, but when I enter the verification image code, I get this error message:
"ERROR: Invalid Verification Image Code"
This despite having copied the text exactly (including proper case for letters), and retrying many times.

which browser are you using? that happens occassionally - it was happening to me the other day with firefox because of an addon i was using.
anyway, you can make your suggestion here :D
Thanks for the reply - I'm using firefox.
My suggestion was regarding Live chess, a feature that I think would be useful now in the beta stage, as well as later. I'd suggest a better way to handle disconnections - whether they occur due to some bug or due to problems at the user's end; instead of declaring the other player the winner immediately when one player is disconnected, have a quarantene period during which the remaining player is informed that his opponent has been disconnected, and that they should wait, say, two minutes, during which time if the other player re-connects and logs into live chess, they are taken straight back to the game and it continues normally. If time period passes, the game is awarded to the remaining player.
This would make the current troubles with the Beta version much less annoying, and woud be a useful feature after those troubles have been dealt with - after all, browser crashes or other glitches occur normally at the user end, every now and then.
I hope you'll consider implementing something like this.

I suggest that if a game was ended by time, the winner should be the player with most values pieces
