I wanna know what things gives you points (and how many if it's posible to say) and what thing take you points (the same as above)

The "member points" are a relative scale of how active a member is on chess.com. Things like forum posts, blog posts, and news articles give each member points. At this time, they aren't used for anything other than letting people know how active you are.

Well - they can also be used to judge things like: How close your wife is to divorcing you for spending time analysing chess positions, how cluttered up your dinner table might be with chess pieces, how little outside life you might have, etc. etc.
