Does this site recognise the three move repitition stalemate?

Yes it does Tony, same position 3 times during a game (does not have to be in a row) and it is stalemate

Thanks for that Bob. Its a situation I havent been in yet but I'm sure it will happen at some stage.

Apparently the "offer draw" changes to "claim draw" after threefold repetition. Note this is a draw not a stalemate.
