Time bug

hi there is a time bug on my 10 minute games. Time is flying down like 1 minute games or even jumps from one second to the other from 9:57 min to 4:50 min .....

Last game I played 3/2

I had a bishop and a pawn against a king. A won endgame. I had 10 seconds left so I had to make my moves fast in order to earn some extra seconds. I was making a premove, a king move to approach the pawn. The premove was made so that is the weiredest thing of all. My opponent time was running out and suddenly it is me who has lost on time (a draw due to insuficient material) How did this happen? Even if my board didnt show my opponent's move (which it didnt) the premove should have worked.
