I think it is internet connection is too slow from one of your guys part. I have seen this from my laptop too when my opponent had slow internet connection

yeah even I think so.....but sometimes opponent's time increases after a few moves of the opponent.

Sometimes during bullet chess games on my android device, I hear a shake-shake kind of sound and total time of my opponent increases....is it a bug or some feature of bullet games that I don't know?
