How the Percentage of Time out is arrived at over a period of 90 days ?
The time out percentage is calculated by looking at the completed online games (turn-based) in the last 90 days. Using that number for example:
If you have, say, 43 games completed between today and September 5, 2012 (90 days)
and if you have a timeout ratio of 20 percent of 43 games that would be roughly 8 games lost on time.
