only accept games that have 7 day move times? If you can't make a move more than once every 7 days then you could always put yourself on vacation as well.

Just make sure to move within time or manually put yourself on vacation

You can only reduce your timeout percent by playing (and completing) more games in order to dilute their overall impact.  You can't get rid of them.

Or you could accept a bunch of seeks, then resign after the first few moves.

Therefore, you played a legal game, and your time out percentage will decrease.

But then again, you'll probably drop 300 or so points!

Just keep on playing, and it'll take care of itself eventually. I used to have a timeout percentage of 12%, which bugged me like crazy. Now it's at around 8% or so.
