the first number is how many people there are in that group not sure about the one in brackets and the last one i think is how many advance form that group.

Can you start round in an all play all format and then start a knock out phase from round 2?
Could someone please explain how a tournament format wrks...say, 6(2)-1 in way of an example. I think it means groups of six players with the top two advancing but what happens after that?
