I am in the "For the over 50"s " tournament, which was billed as one game per opponent, but it appears some pairs of players are playing two games, and earning scoring points for them.
Also I just finshed a game with one opponent, and another new game with the same opponent started.

i was having the same problem. i think this is how it goes.
6 (2) 1
6 rounds (two games at once) one advance
6 (1) 1
6 rounds (one game at a time ) 1 advance
Got it. A double round robin, but one game at a time per person.
