Hi guys,

I have a problem registering for tournaments. Whenever I register, my name appears twice in the box of registered players. In practice however, my registry only counts as one. The number of people registered is correct, so I don't actually count as two.

The problem though is that if a tournament director decides to cancel one of my (visible) 2 registries, I get deregistered completely.

Hope you can help out. This problem first surfaced when I (by accident) registered myself twice for the following tournament:

kind regards,

Paul

You're not alone. There are other corrupted accounts.

Double registration for Croat_1993 and PsychoMath.

Thanks, I did not get any response from staff so far so it is "somewhat comforting" that more people have the same problem. Maybe at some point this problem will be looked at then... Undecided

I'll settle for playing group games for now....!
