I found that there is something that help page about tournaments doesn't say.

I'm registered for a tournament which starts ASAP, when the number of registered is large enough. As many tournaments, it has a rating range.

What will happen if I'm out of range when the last player arrives?

Will I be able to play?

I would think that it would be treated in the same manner as the TMs. If you had a qualifying rating upon registering, but due to winning some other ongoing games caused your rating to increase beyond that range, the system should allow you to still play...because you weighed in within the qualifying ratings range.

I'm not certain as I am not well versed in that arena, but you shouldn't be kicked out. But the system will definitely prevent you from registering if already outside the range prior to the attempt.
