Messages for the time being will not be shown as deleted but they will auto-delete once the messaging system is integrated completely. Everything will go back to normal when v3 is released :)

I’m recalling now that I responded to you in the forums!

What I didn’t tell you in the forums is the auto-deletion, so anything you “delete” now, will just poof away when it’s updated :)

Archiving messages is terrible because it still shows me the unread bubble at the top.. HURRY UP V3!!1 I WANNA DELETE

If you open, then archive, the unread bubble should disappear.

What do you mean with "spam". May be I'm mistaken... but there's no spam on Chess.com.... may be also... too many subscriptions to groups and tournaments...

Anyway... I think everybody should take it easy... it's not that awful ... and yes! we got accustomed to something different... but soon (I hope) it will be back. That feature we all miss soon will be back.
