how do we know how much vacation time we have?

Go Home>online chess>settings.  Maybe two thirds of the way down the page is Vacation.  Here's mine:

  •  

    PAUSE MY GAMES! I'm on vacation: please pause all of my games!

     

  • Message for opponents:

  • I have 3 months of vacation remaining!

Click on Home|Account| Online Chess Settings|

Then scroll down near the bottom, there is an area that has a box to check off that says "PAUSE MY GAMES"   It tells you underneath in red print how much Vacation time you have.
