Can anyone explain, why my games were not automatically placed on vacation?

I'm a premium member and having checked my settings it's showing I have 1 month 27 days of vacation time left. I've just logged in and I've lost 4 games on time and won 2 against another premium member on time.

Is it only certain games that vacation time kicks in automatically?

Have you tried the "Report Bugs" link at the bottom of the page?

Your vacation should have kicked, similarly your opponents' vacation should have kicked in during the games you won.

No, but I've now been told it's to do with a bug in the system.

Is it possible that those games were from a no-vacation tournament?  If so, your timeout protection likely does not prevent you from timing out in those games.

No.

I did get a response from Admin and there was a bug in the system that caused it.

I was able to get some game reinstated but a number of tournament games were lost for good.
