Hi acquarious,

You can't set vacation on just one or two games. If you are on vacation, then it applies to  all of your games, not individual ones sorry.

From your homepage there is an options menu on the right side.

Go to "Account" then "Online Settings"

Scroll down to where it says " PAUSE MY GAMES! I'm on vacation: please pause all of my games!" and check the box.

Make sure you do save preferences at the bottom of the page.

To turn vacation status off, go back to this same page and un-check the vacation box and save settings

Now I might have tried to sell this a little differently -- there's no reason to apologize:

Your vacation counts down based on the amount of time your away without any regard to how many or few games you're actually playing.  This means that you can extend the benefit of vacation mode to all of the games your currently playing no matter how many you have at no additional cost in terms of vacation time used.  This is why vacation mode pauses the clock on all of your games automatically -- there just isn't any benefit to you if chess.com provided the ability to selectively apply it to just a few of them.
