vote chess tabs problem

It looks like the archive and members tabs are no longer working in vote chess.

Suggestion:  Perhaps it would be best if voting wasn't possible for the first couple hours after it became a team's turn.  That way it makes sure no mavericks are making rushed votes without paying attention to the discussion and the ideas of the other team members.  Of course, they can still make whatever votes they would have made, but it might lead to maybe a little more attention being payed to the discussion and a team consensus on what the best move is, and not just a majority rules situation.
