He was rated 2246 when I "beat' him, although he didn't seem up to form against me; I was doing pretty well when he was bagged...I guess his rating has dropped as all his unfinished games time out.

It only takes a click to join the Cheating Forum, but don't bother. They don't tell you how anyone is caught and it's about as interesting as watching paint dry.

And yes, I'd say it was final.  I don't think these kinds of decisions are revoked too often.

He's the only one banned for cheating that surprises me. I wouldn't have thought it.
