Won't let me upload custom trophies :(

    Help!

    I am hosting this tournament:

    http://www.chess.com/tournament/my-benoni-has-a-first-name

    and I'm trying to upload custom trophies, but it won't let me.  I created them using ms paint, and tried jpeg, gif, and png formats.  It keeps telling me to upload files in one of those formats, and I keep telling it, "but I did!"
