bug: premove not working

Hey wonderful programmers of chess.com.. I wanted to point out that for the past few weeks  the 'premove' feature has stopped working. I always lose some of my time even if premove is ON and I move few moves well in advance. Another thing I am noticing is that sometimes when I have few seconds left, my clock just stops and then suddenly, it goes to 0.00. So, I lose on time. 

I have never had these issues before. So, I am wondering if any of the recent updates have caused this issue?

Can anybody look into this? This is spoiling all the endgames, and opening moves for me, and I am sure for others. Thanks for all the hard work! 

Premove now always use 0.1 seconds. I can't help with the other stuff.
