Whoa buddy, don't assume these sorts of things and start shouting them over the forum, especially for Live Chess! We know that Live Chess is still extremely buggy, how can you say it wasn't just a Live glitch?

If anyone should be reported it is you. It is completely out of order to make this outrageous and unjustified accusation in public. How do you know that "he" managed to freeze the screen. Do you not know that there are some technical issues with live chess? Your problems may have nothing to do with Duchamo.

If you have these thoughts about Duchami then the correct thing to do is to report him privately to the administrators. They will investigate and if they find that someone is consistently winning in this situation, for example, they would take action. But it is wrong for you to make these unproven allegations in public. In my opinion.

If you had bothered to read the live chess disclaimer it states that its in beta test mode, and things will happen like disconnects. 

Do you play chess for the enjoyment or for points?  You see more concerned with accusations and getting lost points back.

Have a  look at the game. Judge for yourself. Why would I resign when I mate in sight? Is there someway that points can be reinstated? Does thge moderator check on things like this?

To answer CPawn. I play for enjoyment or for points. Don't you? What's the use of playing at a server when hackers can win games in the 'LIVE' section? Previously, I faced the same problem with Yahoo Chess.

 I play because i enjoy the game.  Points dont define who i am and they certainly dont make me a better person because my rating goes up just like it doesnt make me a worse person when my rating goes down. 

Sounds to me like you play not for the enjoyment or what chess brings, but because it in someway validates who you are. 

I very well could be wrong and hopefully i am.  Just my opinion.

       Unfortunately we have wasted time here arguing. I love Chess and all that it brings with it, the scientific, the artistic and the sporting aspects. It is these 3 ingredients that make Chess a GREAT game. So, though some may play for just the fun of it all, there is the sporting aspect that cannot be ignored. If there was no sporting aspect in Chess, then please remove the ratings.        A grave injustice has been done if Cheating can take place here. And it is not alright.

 Anytime you involve people there is going to be cheating.
