Computer Live is Too Easy

This game is an example of how weak the live chess computer is. I am an average strength player, and this is all it can offer? I am sure many others will agree. If you have had a similar experience, please comment. I think the "Computer" needs to be re-calibrated to offer more of a challenge.

You could move up to Computer(Hard) but he has bad days too:

The computer opponents do sometimes catch me napping though. Make a tactical mistake and often it's curtains.

However, if one keeps making reasonable moves, it usually finds a way to throw the game away.

To be completely fair, I have yet to beat Computer(Impossible), just out of my league. A new level like Computer(Expert) would be much appreciated, help bridge the gap between hard and impossible.

    1. You both played very poorly in both games.

    2. Why would you get on chess LIVE to play an AI ?

    3. I just glanced at your current Live history and it appears the last nine games you played were with a computer. You had a rating of 1787 before these games and now have a rating of 1790. That's a gain of three points against the "weak" computer. Not to mention two of these games were against an AI only rated 1400 or so.

    4. I don't know how many 1400 players you watch, but they tend to blunder quite often.

Prawn, I have played Computer-HARD and did manage a draw (once).

Roffle, I get your point, but i suppose i play Computer Live just because it's there, (i am aware of the contradiction). Bear in mind that live ratings are much less than normal turn-based ratings (my chess teacher is rated around 1900 in turn-based, and plays a good game on a rating of about 1500 in Blitz).
