    Hi everyone:

Is there a way of not loosing points when you are disconnected randomly from live chess. I tried almost every browser and I get the same problem. I think is really unfair to loose points everytime I get disconnected. What is the point of winning if you can loose points so easily. Please help me if you have a way to avoid this. Any advice is welcome.... thanks in advance to all the comunity.

Live chess is very buggy, they have a major overhaul planned within the next month or two.

No, this is a bug that the chess.com staff hopes to fix in the next version. It's a problem you'll just have to deal with, for the moment.

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

Today I keep getting disconnected from live chess.  Trying to get ready for OTB tourney next weekend.  I can use this as an excuse; can't be lack of talent/effort.

Who cares about a few lost points. The fun is in playing the game not the end result!

If you are both in live chess at the same time, and hes on your friends list, you can click on the 'Friends tab' in there, and challenge him by clicking on 'challenge' that appears by his name

It’s funny how you "disconnected randomly" just after you played a sloppy move to lose your bishop and had your back against the wall. Coincidence? I doubt it.
