Has that been intentionally left out of live chess or is it just a beta bug?  I drew a game (same position actually repeated 6 times) while I had 2 minutes and my opponent 3.  He refused to accept my draw offer, which seems pretty unsportsmanlike to me, so I resigned rather than aimlessly move my king back and forth for 2 minutes.

Am I being unreasonable calling that bad form or this a standard part of live chess, where a draw by repetition is a win for whoever has the most time?  If so, could we make the normal draw rules at least an option?

If both sides repeated the moves 3 moves in a row then you should be able to click the "draw" button to claim the draw by repetition. If this was not the case then likely it was some kind of problem.

I have often experienced this problem too.
