Doesn't work on livechess? 

In my last game i gave more then 60 checks in a row with a lot of 3 fold repetition. Still no draw.

The most weird thing was when i was tired of it and played another move it suddenly gave draw because of the 50 check rule. After 60 moves. 

You need to claim the draw by pressing the draw button, with 3 fold repetition and 50-moves as well I believe. If you didn't touch the button - your opponent must have claimed it.

Ah; I see. I thought that button was to propose a draw to your opponent.
