it sometimes happens to me too. i thought it could be because of bad net connection .

Well it's happening again. Thought I had a lot of spare time left in a blitz game, at least 45 seconds, with opponent only having 12 seconds left. Their lag bar showed perfect connection etc so I was shocked to watch as they were AWARDED time. I lost the game due to time. They gained at least 30 seconds even though I kept pace. Can't stand this. Why is this problem still happening here? Thought chess.com worked out this problem a few months ago.
