Yes I know we must be patient with live chess, but it is so unfair.

There is nothing wrong with my internet connection, computer or the recommended firefox 3 - yet time and again I was disconnected at crucial times.

How come it never happens with other live connections but only live chess????

I really would like live chess to be fair and working well.
